This week of knitting

Meeting other crafty people
I had everything planned for this weekend.  I was going to go to the Toronto Knitter's Frolic.  I have never been before and it sounded so exciting to go to the marketplace.  And then a wrench fell in my plans.  My mother had an unexpected surgery on Thursday and I stayed home with her on Saturday...the only day of the marketplace.  Sad as it is, I'm much more concerned with my mother's health than buying more yarn, especially considering I could go to an LYS in Toronto  at any other time of the year.  So suffice it to say I'm planning to go on an LYS trip in a couple of weeks.  I wish I did have the opportunity to meet more knitters though.

While waiting for my mother to come out of recovery on Thursday, I saw a woman crocheting a hat.  Despite not usually being a person to talk to people that I don't know, as an interested crafter, I started a conversation with her (and it also helped that she didn't like she was crazy or anything and she had a cool name - Hermione - never met anyone in real life with that name).  We sat there discussing crafting and the program she runs at her church to teach all kinds of crafting.  I pulled out my socks and she was fascinated by them since she's never tried to knit socks but she has done booties.  I plan to make my way to one of meetings at her church to see how it is once exams are done.

Vanilla Latte
The heel has been turned!  I love the FLK heel :)  I just have a good chunk of the foot to do but it seems quite feasable and I hope to be finished by the end of this month.  I am looking forward to wearing these socks!  The first one fits perfectly other than wanting it to be a bit longer on the leg.

Sock Blankie
Progress is being made!  I had to find the instructions on how to do a side triangle but I did it!  I think I only have 2 rows more to even out the top row but I don't know how long that is going to take. The hardest decisions for the blanket is picking out colours that I haven't used close together so to speak...and that sentence does not make sense.  I just need to spread out the colours and types of colours a lot more

Nicole C. Mendez Yarn and a Stitch Marker
I have always wanted a pair of rainbow socks...or at least since I've gotten into the self stripping kick.  Random search on Etsy brought me to Nicole C. Mendez.  She seems to do rainbow yarns on a variety of yarn weights.  And the price is very inexpensive, especially considering the fact that it came from Germany.  On top of the price it arrived in just over a week.

Let's not forget about the stitch marker I got from her as well.  It's called Tree of Life.  Absolutely simple and beautiful, just my style.

Ever since I heard Ginny from Penguin Soup talking about her chain mail bracelet and stitch markers, I added Creations by Uli to my Etsy favourites and well as following her on Instagram.  When I saw the set with the Eiffle Tower, I realized this was the time to buy and I was not disappointed when I got it.  I showed them to Hermione and she asked me to order her a set.  I am definitely willing to buy more.

Soft Stones Sweater by Ela Torrente
This is what comes from stalking the "Patterns: Sales & Promo" thread on Ravelry...again. This pattern by Ela Torrente is exactly what I was looking for in a sweater.  It's a boat neck and it's got positive ease.  I can change it a 3/4 sleeve if I want to.  This one had me giddy.  It's on sale for 50% off until April 26th, Rome time...and that time has passed for the sale.

Haven't selected the yarn yet since I'm not finished the Vanilla Lattes yet.  However, I really want to knit with Must Stash Yarn's Dark Side of the Moon, especially since there's a KAL going on starting on May 1st I think, or it's already started.  No prizes involved which is perfectly fine.  It's just for fun.

Soft Stones Sweater (by Ela Torrente)
First of all, got the pattern for 50% off.  I cannot complain.  It's a boatneck sweater which I wanted to make for a long time.  I think I have the yardage required in stash (or at least I will once I pull the Explorer Station shawl that I am obviously not finishing since I still can't Brioche...but I'm not bitter.  The KAL starts on May 1st and goes until July 1st.

The main colour yarn I've chosen is Wollmeise Twin in the colourway 13 AL.  I'll decided on the other 2 contrast colours later.

Quick Silver (Melanie Berg and Stitch Addiction)
It's all Kate's fault (host of the Stitch Addiction Podcast).  Before I even saw the latest episode, I saw the thread called Shawl KAL.  I went through my list of shawls that I wanted to do and narrowed it down to 4 patterns.  Then while browsing through that list of 4 trying to figure out what to do, I noticed that Melanie Berg, the designer of Quick Silver, is having an Any Shawl KAL, provided it's a Melanie Berg shawl...so why not?  The Stitch Addiction KAL starts May 1st and ends June 30th.  Melanie Berg's KAL starts on May 8th and goes until June 12th.

I don't think I have enough yarn in my stash, or at least I don't have yarn that I'm really inspired to work with in my stash...but I could always attempt to dye a couple of skeins...hmmm....ideas....

To Dye or Not to Dye

Obviously procrastination is a big factor for me.  I can plan for ages and months to years later, I still haven't done it.  I have been wanting to do my first skein of a self stripping yarn.  The plan was to buy glass jars and dye it this weekend.  But what had really happened was that I bought 2 deep plastic containers and still didn't dye anything

Nightwing or Robin
I told one of my cousins I call 'kilah that I was going to knit her a pair of socks based on Young Justice.  By the time we finished on the discussion about colour, it as determined she just wanted it centred about Robin/Nightwing from the cartoon.  I'm pretty sure I can get the colours from what I have but since I have not dyed self stripping before (hint hint), I just don't want to mess it up since it's not for myself in the end.

On TV/Netflix this week
A Different World
This show is still pure awesomeness despite the fact it's from like 25 years ago.  I think I'm in season 5.  Dwayne and Whitley are engaged.  Ron and Kim are dancing around each other.  Ron and Freddie had a make out session on live radio without their knowledge.  Col. Taylor is about to become a father again.  Terrence and Lena are hilarious!  I don't know what I'm going to do when I finish watching all the seasons.  I seriously wish that there was a continuation of the show like 25-30 years later.

Arrow/Flash
I just don't know what to say without this becoming spoiler ridden for those who watch the show.  It is just awesome and I am looking forward to the spinoff that is supposed to come with the Atom (love Brandon Routh).  And Black Canary is really starting to come together!  I'm so excited.  There's only one thing that I didn't really like but I'm sure the characters will get through it and head in a better direction.  Maybe in the summer I'll go further into this...when people have had a chance to catch up and this season is over.

Orphan Black
Excuse me as I drool on the floor.  The clones are back!  While I am excited to see the Leda clones are back, I am seriously more interested in the Castor clones.  They seem to be a lot more self aware than their Leda counterparts.  I am still trying to figure out how Tatiana Maslani does it.  She played Sarah, pretending to be Rachel and you could tell that it really wasn't Rachel.  They're played by the exact same person!  Tatiana deserves all the awards for this show.  I could have used some more Felix this episode but I know he'll get more time as the season goes on.  Helena and her dream sequence was so sweet too bad it wasn't really happening although I do want it to happen for her.

All I really want to do is watch Dwayne and Whitley

I came no where close to knitting as much as I wanted to this week.  I guess I had other things on my mind like doing group projects, interview nerves and discovering that Netflix finally has "A Different World" which just absolutely awesome!

WIPS
I thought I would have been able to finish my April socks this week.  That definitely did not happen.  I am only half way through the leg.  There's no point of showing a progress picture of it at all.  I'm still oohing and ahhing over the way the colours are swirling around the socks

My Sock Blankie is the only thing that got constant attention this week.  I added 8 squares throughout the week  I really like some of the square designs I did, especially the stripping ones.  I was kind of bummed that I didn't add a square on Friday.  It was such a long day that I reached home 7p, went to bed about 7:30p and didn't wake up until almost 7a the next day.  I did 2 on Saturday to make it seem a little more balanced to me.

Stash Enhancement

I did not make any new purchases this week (being broke will do that to you).  This is a week of waiting for orders to come to me!  I got my first skein of yarn from Penguin Soup (aka: Ginny).  She's a Canadian Dyer that I discovered while looking for knitting podcasts.  I think Ginny was the inspiration for wanting self-stripping yarn socks.  I had every intention of buying a skein from her from when I first saw the yarn but being unemployed and then having limited employment makes one have to think twice on what money is spent on - darn transportation needs...

When I saw that Ginny was doing a Firefly yarn club called Firefly: The Shiny Club, I felt the need to finally get my toes wet in Penguin Soup yarn.  The first skein arrived on Wednesday and it is gorgeous.  Let me say one thing though, I hate sparkle.  I have always associated it with little girls, girly-girls, drag queens and Michael Jackson.  I do not fit into any of those catagories however I'm pretty certain my little sister is going from a little girl to a girly girl and she ADORES sparkly things.  I had one exception and that is for a diamond.  It's my birthstone and I want the diamond to be as sparkly as it wants to be as long as rest is generally sedate...wow, I kinda went off topic there.  Back to matter at hand...I don't like sparkles.

There is now another exception.  I like sparkles on the skein of Penguin Soup yarn I got this week.  It's no where close to overpowering and it so much nicer quality that a skein of yarn that I had previously purchased and ended up using for socks for my aunt.  She loved it.  I hated kntting with it and the sparkles were coming off on my hands.

My Knitting Life for the past 2 weeks

FO
I had a quick FO in the past week and a half.  I started it on Thursday on the bus on the way to work, finished it the next Monday and weaved in the ends on Tuesday morning.  I made the Bankhead Hat by Susie Gourlay.  I saw the a WIP and FO by Sarah of the Canadian Knitter Podcast and decided on Thursday that I needed to make a hat so I did.  I did a good amount of that work on Saturday night at a housewarming with people I've known my whole life staring at me in awe that I can knit and that I do in fact actually knit.

It is bigger than I thought it would be but it's good to cover hair that is not actually styled the way I want it to be soon.  I'm going to make another one with a smaller set of needles and casting on 10 less stitches.  I think that should be enough.  The only problem is that I barely have any worsted weight stash that is not acrylic.  I have to do something about that.  It's quite appealing to have a project started, finished and able to be work so quickly.

WIP
It's almost a HO thought!  I working my way through the Smokestack Socks by Tanis Lavallee.  It is a beautiful pattern and it makes this sock yarn look much better than I thought it would when I got it in the skein.  I'm further behind than I wanted to be but with good reason.  I put the socks aside to work on my sister's cowl and to make the Bankhead hat but excellent progress was made since, especially considering my prime time of knitting at my knitting circle was barely used since I left early due to not feeling well.

With a lot of hemming and hawing, I joined a 3-month yarn club.  It's by Penguin Soup (aka: Ginny).  I have been wanting to buy a skein of yarn from her since I started watching her podcast just under a year ago.  She got me this time.  It's Firefly themed and she said there's going to be a skein that matches Jayne's hat.  How could I say no to that?  And I might as well take advantage of it while I still have money to get some sock yarn.

I recently added my first skein of Desert Vista Dye Works.  The colourway is Zombody Loves Ewe.  I felt like I should have bought just for the name alone.  I love it and I plan to purchase more at a later date (job pending of course).

I had the intention of going to the Purple Purl today (as in Friday) before I went to class.  It is clear on the otherside of Toronto but the store opens at 10 on a Friday right?  Wrong.  It opens at 11. Much to my disappointment I couldn't get there, come back for lunch at school and then class afterwards.  Since I knew exactly what I was looking for (Turtle Purl Stripped toes sock yarn), I looked online and found only 1 other location in Toronto sells it, The Knit Café.  There weren't too many options for colours but I left with the Snow White colourway which is perfect since I'm going through a Once Upon A Time phase (the show is awesome and Pan is a grade A jerk).

And what will I be doing with all of the skeins of yarn?  Stash 'em of course. I'm in the midst of going through my Red Paper Bags of socks still (I've finished 2 and I'm working on the 3rd out of 11).  They'll be added to my sock stash that shrinking for after I finish my challenge.

I've been doing good otherwise.  No new patterns either paid or free...no wait, I downloaded a free pattern.  It was Speargrass by Susie Gourle, the same designer of the Bankhead hat.  And I got the official pattern for a test knit for a pair of socks.  It is absolutely gorgeous however it won't be available for purchase until March 2016 as it is a part of a sock club

Things are looking good

I don't know why but today just felt like a good day.  I woke up upset with myself for not being able to do my Critical Analysis but that fear kind of got relieved when I was able to set up a meeting with my teacher to get extra help.  While waiting for my math class, and the mark for m math test, I got a good portion of my computer class work down which I completed about an hour ago.  I showed up for a cancelled math class, found out the tests hadn't been marked yet.  I am anxious to find out my grade.

I had lunch at Nori Sushi not far from my house and it was delicious.  Went walking through the mall which was a long way to get to the post office to find out how much it would cost to sent the Susan Claudio Ravelry Group gift swap.  It's a reasonable cost so I'm looking forward to sending it off.  I put in quite a bit of work on a test pattern for Econnerd.  It is a beautiful pattern and when it goes up on Ravelry, I suggest everyone give it a look.

I got home and finished up all of my computer work which has never been done since this semester started.  I was able to see my mark for my Marketing class online (80% baby! Combined with my not failing my Intro to Business test, I am elated).  I came to my room to watch the series premier of The Flash on PVR and then I got an email from the Must Stash Yarn Shop letting me know that I could pre-order a skein of Dark Side of the Moon.  I only mildly paid attention to the skein when Stacy showed it on the MustStash Podcast.  I started to drool when Stacy sent everyone to go look at Yarn Harlot's Blog to see it knitted up.  I'm surprised my keyboard didn't short circuit from the drool.  I did not delay when I got the e-mail and pre-ordered my skein.

So let's sum up the good stuff for this week:

1. Finished my gift for the swap (and it's adorable)
2. Set up a meeting with my teacher to get help
3. Finished my computer homework
4. Good lunch at Nori Sushi
5. Decent price for shipping swap gift
6. Mock-asins I like are on sale and I have a pair on hold for me until Friday
7. Test knitting "Helix Cable Socks" by Econnerd which I am loving
8. Great mark for my Marketing test
9. Decent mark for my Intro to Business
10. Series premier of The Flash which was excellent
11. I was able to pre-order a skein of Dark Side of the Moon! (YES!)

So I guess this is good bye for now

I got a sad email today.  One of my favorite Indie Dyers, Springtree Road,  is closing up shop.  She selling off the rest of the dyed skeins that she has from her Etsy shop [Springree Road].  I wish that I could buy some of them.

I guess this good-bye for now but I hope to see her yarns again in the future.

Is that really a colour name?

I'm pretty much in Hamilton until the weekend and while I do like being here, I'm kind of sad...or I will be sad later on this evening or tomorrow evening. 

The yarn for the Cookie Sock Club 2013 has been posted in the group by those who have received it. It's Sweet Georgia CashLuxe in a Terracotty colour (colour description by another member. I have used Sweet Georgia, another Canadian Dyer before in Tough Love but I have never even has the chance to touch the CashLuxe yet. I am looking forward to it.

I haven't decided what other yarn I'm going to use for the other pair of socks but I have been saying that I'll use some of my Tanis Fibre Arts yarn, and them I pet it, put it back on the shelf and pull out another skein. Well, no more I say! I WILL use a skein of my Tanis Fibre Arts yarn within the next 2 months!

All I have to do is be patient to see what the sock patterns are on Monday...and finish the Tulip Socks!

Digging through the sock stash

I keep looking through my sock yarn stash and I keep feeling like I'm running out. I went through my stash on Ravelry and realized that I have a lot more than I thought I had. I had a couple of cakes of yarn thinking that they had no nylon in it (which for me means not for socks). Much to my joy, I found out some other sock yarns that I had gotten from other Ravelry members are suitable for socks! I'm going to try to make sure that I use some of them before the year is out.

Shout Outs! Springtree Road

Springtree Roads was my first foray into Independent Dyers.  By the time I had discovered it (through Ravelry's USEFUL advertisements), I had only used commercial yarns like Patons, Knitpicks etc.  And like every new knitter, I thpight the prices were way too high; "Like seriously! $11 for 100g of yarn?" I honestly think the only reason I tried Springtree Road was because of the banner advertising for 15% off.  I chose the Red Delicious colourway in the Muscadine line, because it was the cheapest...I sound like such a cheapskate.

I was excited when it came to my house.  Upon opening the package, I stared at it and petted it like there was no tomorrow.  I FINALLY understood why people were willing to pay more for the yarn (in reality and with comparison shopping, it's a really reasonable cost).  It felt so much nicer than the big box store brands.  Heck!  This merino felt much nicer than the merino I had gotten before.  Of course I couldn't do a full assessment until I knit with it.

The project I decided on was the BFF Socks by Cookie A.  there was so much preparation just to use this yarn.  I even signed up for a class at The Purple Purl in Toronto to learn how to cable (the YouTube videos were just not working for me...and I wanted to feel the Tanis Fibre Arts Yarn for myself).  I was determined to get my full monies worth for this yarn.

Let's just say, the BFF Socks are still my absolute favourtie socks and I wouldn't trade them for the world.  I even learned to embrace my mistakes (ie: the 5th cable on each foot is missing).

But it's not just the one skein of yarn that complete sold me.  It was also the little things like the hand written "Thank-You!" notes, the willingness to answer an inquiry about the base yarn (which resulted in me purchasing a base skein of Muscadine aka: the Nekkid Skein).

At this point, I don't even know how many skeins I have off the top of my head but I'm trying not to use them up too quickly until I can purchase some more.  One day, I hope to be able to purchase a sweater quantity's worth.

Knitting with Peacock Fury

For the Tulip Socks, I'm using the BFL yarn I dyed called Peacock Fury. I'm not even finished the cuff and I am liking the way this yarn looks. The only thing that could make it better is if it did indeed have a sheen to it. It's like a turquoise colour that leans towards a mossy green sometimes and then towards navy blue. I definitely want to redye this colour and perhaps attempt some other colours dyed the same way. I so need to buy more undyed yarn. At the rate my mind and my life is going, I am going to be starting a side business.

Thirty-Three done

I just started the Shapely Boyfriend a little bit over 24 hrs ago and I'm already finished row 33 which means I can start the front increases. I've added some stripes which is actually looking kind of nice. I've noticed that the stripes go kind of wonky at the increases. I think I've found a solution to the problem in regards to the stripes. I have been changing the colour on the wrong side row. When I reach the right side row, and it's time to do the Right Lifted Increase and Left Lifted Increase, I have to pull of the stitch 2 rows below the current row. Which means the wrong colour comes up. If I had changed the colour on the right side row, the colour that would be pulled up would be the same as the previous row. At least if I do this sweater again, I shouldn't have the same problem. Yes I'm already wanting to make another one of these, or at least another raglan type sweater.

I am LOVING this Cascade 220 Superwash yarn! It doesn't feel itchy, it looks good and it knits up well. Heck! I even love the way they ball it up. I can start knitting immediately from it. When the means comes around, and I see a sale for it, I will stock up with enough for 2 or so sweaters.

I got the notice that my DK weight yarn from Acme Fibres. It should be in my hands by tomorrow :) I'll try to dye it on Sunday. I still haven't even decided what colours to use yet. I think I may dye both skeins so I can make a matching hat or something.

I got the shoes I wanted (and could afford) today. Just simple black wedges and closed toe which apparently is very difficult to find [insert eye rolling smiley].

Turned a heel

I really did turn the heel on the Newton last night and then I picked up the gusset this morning. At this rate, I'm wondering if I can get the sock done by Tuesday, if not earlier. Time this weekend is in short supply. I got church tomorrow, food bank on Sunday and on holiday Monday, my mom wants us to go to Collingwood. We'll see about that.

I'm actually looking for undyed sock yarn of Merino and Cashmere. I don't know if $15.40/skein is a good deal. I think it is considering how much it costs for a dyed skein of Merino and Cashmere. I guess I'll decide by Tuesday or Wednesday.

And the collection grows

I went and took out all the yarn I currently own that is from an Indie Dyer. I pulled out 9 skeins from Springtree Road, 2 from Tanis Fibre Arts and 1 from Indigo Dragonfly. This is even more proof that I need to knit with the product I got. I do have more sock yarn than this but the rest is from bigger companies. I really think I prefer the Indie Dyed yarns maybe because it adds a touch of uniqueness.

This still doesn't take into account 1 skein from Springtree that I ordered on Friday and whatever skeins I get from the sock club.

So the yarn hiatus is over!

I promised I wouldn't buy anymore yarn until the end of November. The official cut off was Cyber Monday.

This morning I made my first purchase! This time I made the purchase from ACME Fibers. I ordered 2 sets of Hiya Hiya circular needles in sizes 0 and 1 US, and an undyed skein of Superwash Merino/Nylon wool. I still got my packets of Kool-Aid ready to try it out :)

OMG! I love this yarn!

Knitpicks Brava is awesome (mind you I'm still just casting). Ever since I tried wool, I never wanted to go back to Acrylic again. This Brava is totally different from the acrylic yarn available at my local Walmart. It's squishy soft, softer than the Bernat Satin that I've had sitting around in a bin for ages. I'm going to make a basic knitted ribbed winter hat. If I still have the "this is awesome" feeling by the time I'm finished then it will be in the next Knitpicks order

So much to catch up on!

I guess I can start with today, sitting at the kitchen table, trying to figure out why the US and Canadian post was being so slow! It reached 1:30 and I went back to the mailbox.

And there it was! My ChiaoGoo Twist interchangeable needle set arrived! I cannot wait in resume my Annisette Cardi! One of the ladies at my knitting circle has almost finished hers! She just had the neckline and button panels to do. I hope mine turns out as nicely as hers did. I also found my missing copy of the pattern that had all my notes on it. No more excuses!

On to the past week. I went to New Jersey and got to meet a lot of new family. I was surprised to find out that they are all craft loving people. Especially crocheting and knitting. I really need to start on on learning how to crochet next year.

I had planned to finish my Lissajous right sock while on vacation. Somehow, that idea didn't seem to make its way to my packing. I didn't pack enough yarn for it. So I generally put it aside and picked up my Pistachio green sock yarn from Sweet Georgia and casted on for the Bex. It is turning out so nicely. I just have to finish this second repeat and then another half and then the oh-so-boring heel flap. I'm pretty sure I should finish it well before the end of November.

Opinion of the Sweet Georgia Tough Love Sock Yarn: this yarn is excellent to knit with. Of course I'll have to reserve full judgement for after these socks are washed and worn. But so far, this will definitely a yarn I want to keep on hand for more socks. And they're Canadian too!

I have been requested to some family members to make some hats and scarves for the winter. Apparently, they don't mind acrylic yarn so off to Walmart I go again. I'm thinking of going with a charcoal grey for the guys and I'll have to see what's available for her.

I have an idea for her scarf but I'm still workings on it. I even checked out a stitch pattern book from the library. I need to get one of those books for myself.

Also...confession time. I just ordered a set of mini skeins...this is more money I have to save for for Cookie 2013.

I really should be in bed but...

I was under some crazy idea that I could actually finish my Lissajous stockings by Sunday. I don't know what kind of speed knitter I thought I was but I did manage to make decent progress on my right stocking. I'm almost finished the front diamond decal, which seemed to be a lot easier the second time around. Once that is done, then I worry about the calf shaping and I am almost half way through that as it is.

What kept me going tonight was the KnitPicks' podcast I was listening to (episodes 189-196). I now want to stash palette yarn for cardigans and that might be what I purchase for my Cyber Monday purchase. I only worry about that fact that the page says 'Hand wash' and 'feltable'. I don't like hand washing. I don't mind the delicate cycle and hanging out to dry though. I'm going to have to do a bit more research I guess.

So remember my vow to not buy anymore yarn until end of November? I broke it last Tuesday and ended up on Mr. Yarn. I bought another Canadian dyer called Sweet Georgia. It's a sick yarn called Tough Love in the colourway Pistachio. Plus I also purchased the yarn for my Reese's I love you to pieces blanket (but since its acrylic, from Walmart and cost me less than it I pay for a skein of sock yarn, I don't really count it)

I finally got my last shipment for the month! So for the record it was:

- 2 skeins of Wollmeise Twin
- 2 Kollage Square Circular Needles
- 5 mini skeins of Wollmeise

So the 2 skeins of Wollmeise Twin were not both Nazar Boncugu but, I have a solution of switching skeins every couple of rows. So it can stay.

I couldn't wait for the Kollage Square Needles. I like them almost as much as my ChiaoGoos. I have read on Ravelry about these square shaped needles; and so far everything I've read seems to be true. The stitches are completely even and a beauty to behold. I'm just not as big a fan of the cables. They feel like they're just a little stiffer than yarn. I still much prefer the red lace needle cable. I'm going to try them out on a pair of socks in the future.

The mini skeins will be added to the jar of mini skeins until I start working on the Blankie again.

Now no more orders until the Interchangeables from ChiaoGoo are available. And then hold off on everything until November.

Houston? We got a problem!

I just got my 2nd skein of Wollmeise Twin in Nazar Boncugu. As soon as I opened the package I knew there was a problem. And the I saw the label "We're Different!" and my heart felt. I put it beside my first skein. They are not the same shade of blue. I just wish the person I bought from had told me so I could have gone looking for a skein that was not a "We're Different".

I'm going to have to alternate every few rows and have strippy Lissajous socks.

Sock and Yarn Love!

While looking through my sock stash, I realized that I really want to knit more socks once I'm finished my current projects, which are making somewhat progress.

This list by no means a guarantee of what exactly will be done but just a way to track what I want to do with certain skeins of yarn.
