Unintentional Mistake

I'm still not as far as I wanted to be for this Anisette Cardi (this seems to be my daily complaint) but I am going through the arm hole decreases so progress has been made. Maybe by tomorrow night, this panel will be done. I did however discover an unintentional mistake. I have what looks like a yarn over that's turning into a run but there's no where for it to go. So my panel now has an oversized yarn over that looks like it takes up two rows. But what's there to do? Maybe no one else will notice it.
